Portfolio trading profiles
Give each portfolio a holding horizon and a consistent set of trading rules. Start with a system default, create your own version, and share the rules you choose.
Choose your holding horizon
System defaults provide a starting point. Copy a profile to customize its maximum holding age within the term's limits.

A hard age limit triggers a sell even at a loss. Long term profiles can instead remove the age limit and hold unprofitable positions indefinitely. Holding horizons do not guarantee a risk level or return.
Keep control of your trading rules
Choose permitted base currencies, optional buy confidence and gain thresholds, rebound and trailing behavior, and an optional fixed profit target. A fixed target triggers a sell as soon as the gain is reached; otherwise the engine uses its configured sell behavior.
Rules apply to existing and future holdings. Each exchange and quote currency in a portfolio inherits the profile, with optional overrides that can shorten the holding limit or narrow the permitted currencies while respecting the portfolio's boundaries.
Share a strategy, keep your budget private
Keep a profile private or share it with other users so they can inspect and copy it. Shared profiles contain trading rules only. They never include balances, spending allocations, or exchange credentials.
The portfolio wizard shows available funds after other allocations, then helps you choose a profile and a separate budget. New portfolios start paused for your review.
Portfolio assignment and guided creation are currently available in TestRing. Other rings retain their existing portfolio behavior.
